Setting up a Fiverr seller account was far more difficult and time-consuming than I expected. I was working from my phone, and the process felt poorly designed for mobile users. When I tried to use the website, it repeatedly pushed me toward the app, even though I needed to complete the seller setup on the site.
After spending a very long time working through the setup, I ran into phone verification problems. I now have to wait 24 hours before I can request another verification code, so I still can’t finish.
People should be able to create a seller account from a phone without fighting the interface. Not everyone has a laptop or desktop computer. For a platform built around online work, this experience needs serious attention.
